The Montana Bridal Tour is a unique bridal event, in that it gives you the opportunity to interact with wedding professionals on a deeper level. The tour does not take place at one location, but instead it features several local venues (transportation is provided between all venues). At each venue, you will see firsthand what a wedding might look like there, and you will also get to meet other wedding vendors who are spotlighted there (Photographers, coordinators, florists, makeup & hair specialists, caterers, etc.). Each wedding professional will offer tips and tricks, and you will be able to experience for yourself what they have to offer, whether it be tasting samples of their cakes, hearing their music, seeing several designed tablescapes, or seeing examples of their photos. It’s all about doing what’s best for you and your bridal party while planning your wedding, and having a blast while you’re at it. We’re here to help you find vendors, learn how to have the wedding of your dreams, and how to have a fabulous day of inspiration and planning!
Here are some Frequently Asked Questions and Answers!
How long is the tour?
Though the timeline is not officially set, bridal parties can expect to be on the tour allday, from 11am to 3pm (ish). Registration will start at 10:00am and the tour will officially begin at 10:30am, with the first bus taking off from our check-in spot (Montana Party Rentals) at 11:00am.
How many tickets can I buy?
4 tickets per bridal party is the maximum.
Who can go?
Anyone! We encourage brides to bring their grooms, but Maids-of-Honor, Moms, other bridesmaids are welcome to come – just sticking to the 4 person limit.
Why is there a price?
Because we want to get a good count of how many people will be participating to get enough transportation. We also wanted to give back to the community and this is a perfect way to do so.
Can I do the tour in my own car?
We prefer that brides DO NOT, however, if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we can talk over the options. This can be an option if you can’t join us on the whole tour. Transportation will be provided in the form of a motor coach bus provided by Karst Stage.
How can I get a schedule or tour map?
A schedule will be provided to each of the brides 1-2 weeks prior to the tour. They will then be given instructions on where to meet the bus, etc. The schedule is being kept secret at this point to encourage people to buy tickets so it is a unique experience for the bride!
What is the structure of the tour?
Each location on the Bozeman Bridal Tour will be set up as a wedding with full decor, flowers and more! You’ll taste a different caterer’s yummy foods at each location. A beverage catering service will provide drinks and we’ll have live music. Models will be there to showcase gowns and much more! You will basically experience 3 totally different weddings each with a full set of wedding vendors so you get a feeling of how that “wedding” functions!
As for the day, we will have a bus route, with buses rotating around the map during the entire tour. You’ll jump on and jump off at your convenience throughout the day. Take as long as you’d like at each venue, then move on to the next.
The buses will always stop back off at where your car is should you need to “get off the tour” at any point during the day. However, the tour should take you 4 hours to complete – one hour at each venue.
Who are the vendors that will be on the tour?
You can find a full list of vendors here.
This tour is intended to be educational as well as fun! Brides and Grooms will receive a lot of valuable information, not just vendor info.
This tour is intended to be FUN! Brides and Grooms will get to EXPERIENCE the vendors, not just grab their info and move on. Couples will get to eat, sip, listen, pose, and all the fun things they want to do! Except maybe marry.
No money should be necessary, but plan on bringing some anyway in case we have a cash bar at any point.
